When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to add, such as a title, bio, skills, and an avatar image. When you post jobs, submit proposals, or purchase token packages, we store the content of those actions and the associated transaction records. If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information Google shares with us.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Platform: to create and manage your account, display jobs and proposals, process token purchases, show client contact details to hired freelancers, provide admin tools, and keep the service secure. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve HireHolic.
3. Contact details after a hire
Client contact details, such as email and WhatsApp, are only shown to a freelancer once that client hires them for a job. Until a hire is made, contact details remain hidden from other users.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with service providers that help us run the Platform (such as authentication, hosting, and payment infrastructure), when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HireHolic and its users.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted storage. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Platform. We do not use your data for cross-site advertising.
8. Your rights

9. Children
HireHolic is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
